Processing Times
All items are made to order.

  • Standard items: 3–5 business days
  • Personalized / engraved items: 5–10 business days
    Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We currently ship across Canada and select U.S. locations.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.

Delivery Times
Typical delivery estimates:

  • Canada: 3–9 business days
  • USA: 5–12 business days

Remote regions may take longer.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we will assist with a carrier investigation.

Returns & Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Personalized or custom items are non-returnable.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will repair, replace, or refund the item as needed.
